It is one of the major landmarks in New York.And when people enter the United States from New York Harbour, they could see the Statue of Liberty who holds a torch high to welcome them. The Statue of Liberty has not only of high historical value, but also has a lot of artistic value because it is a magnificent sculpture. It has traversed nearly two hundred years of time so it has witnessed a long period of history.
