This has vastly improved wildlife monitoring, ensuring the protection of key species like the Komodo dragon. Surveillance cameras are also used to prevent poaching and other illegal activities (Park, 2023). The use of digital interpretation on Komodo Island can facilitate the sustainable development targets of goal 15, life on land and goal 14 of life below water.
