The Pyrenees have succeeded in keeping a low profile compared to the Alps, the majority of the Pyrenees fall within national park limits, the home of over 50 brown bears, bearded vultures, lynxs, wolves and over 4000 other fascinating species. Pollution remains low, technological advancement lags behind the rest of Europe, and the culture is vibrant and joy inducing.]]></dcterms:description>
